Fantastic experience with the Guys at TMT. All so welcoming when coming into the showroom. Purchased a Range Rover sport and would thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting to buy a used vehicle!

I feel that 2 star service best describes what they provide. The overall experience has been long winded and stressful however, after having to constantly chase them the desired outcome was met.

I bought an Audi from them around the start of April and agreed with the salesman it would have been ceramic coated and a few scuffs taken out before I collected. This was not the case.

The car didn’t come with floor mats, this was something we agreed would be rectified before I collected. The salesman was regurgitating lies about how they would be delivered to me within a week then said they’d been sent to him. He then said he was working from home and couldn’t send them to me for some reason. If he was at home, with the mats, he should have been able to send them on. This eventually took 2 months to receive them in the post.

Sometime in May the company then took my car in for 3 days leaving me without a vehicle, when I collected it expecting the work to be done, it was exactly where I had left it with nothing done. The salesman assured me it was due to a dispatch problem with the ceramic coating and it would be available within a week, what he failed to do was contact me and let me know this leaving me struggling.

Around August they then agreed another date where I had to source another car as they wanted it for 4 days. They offered no compensation for this inconvenience they were causing. A day before it should’ve gone in for the work the salesman cancelled on me. They didn’t offer to reimburse me for the money I had lost on insuring myself on another vehicle which came at considerable cost and was non refundable.

Cut to September 26th and it has just been completed, along with the scuffs being touched in. This was at a time I decided was most convenient for myself and the salesman delivered it back to me with everything complete. This was the best part of the service I received, albeit I disagreed with the car being on his driveway which he told me was due to parking issues. When I’ve been down there, there has been ample parking for vehicles with more round the back.

I have had to constantly chase the company, having similar issues as others where they don’t respond to emails, I did on one occasion call to check the salesman was in, he was… just ignoring my week old email.

I did through this whole saga consult with Citizen Advice Bureau and further Trading Standards who advised accordingly. In the email chain and then later WhatsApp messages this seemed to hurry the salesman up.

The issue with the experience has been the lies that were made and promises not being kept. Whilst the end result has been met, I don’t feel it should have taken 6 months.

Furthermore, I see that many people have issues with the warranty that they promise. I have on multiple occasions asked for a copy of the paperwork which has not been sent. I am fortunate to have not had any problems (touchwood) and would not want to have to go through such a laborious process of getting that sorted too.

I notice that the company replies to many of the negative reviews with their own version of events. Might I suggest to whomever responds to first check the email chain and piece together the facts before making up lies as it would appear you have done previously. Everything I have written is factual and given what I have gone through with the poor service I feel this is a more than fair review.

Mo was very welcoming on our arrival to view one of his cars for sale, the show room was amazing, once you buy a car from here they remain with you for the time you have that car anything you need at all they are happy to help and they get it sorted pretty quickly we are really happy with our purchase, no issues at all. We will remain with this company now for our next car.
