Where do I even begin! What a rollercoaster of a journey we have had, but we wouldn't have gotten through it without Tom! Absolutely outstanding communication, knowledge, advice and expertise! 10/10, would recommend Tom over and over again. His knowledge on shared ownership homes and complex cases e.g bad credit is next to none! We have finally completed on our home today, and will be enterally grateful for everything Tom done for us. He put up/dealt with my millions of emails, questions and meltdowns for over 3 months with such care and understanding. He will be using Tom again for our remortgage in 5 years.

Tom and his team are extremely knowledgable and efficient. Everything you could want or need when making a big financial change such as moving house.

This is actually the 2nd time we have used Tom’s service and on both occasions the we have found him to be excellent!

Well what can I say
Firstly what a stressful time it has been moving home in the UK, as a single working mum getting my first home has been hard graft.
However … without Carly and Aleshas support I would have not even got a mortgage. Carly has been kind, understanding and professional from the minute I spoke with her on the phone.
Nothing was ever an issue and even on weekends and evenings when I was worried and anxious she always got back to me and replied and made me feel at ease.
When things went wrong 9 days before completion she was on the case immediately and was very supportive and kind.
Overall I can say the best money I have spent! The broker before Carly … was well rude and unprofessional.
All I can say is thank you I can’t thank you enough!
