This company makes it impossible to do a return. They give you an address to go to but it cannot be found. There is no phone number or other contact information . I would not buy from Tluse!! Facebook should be more careful about who advertises on their website.

Absolutely horrible company, I have made a formal complaint to the Canadian Consumer Protection agency, they are going to investigate as they say they will return and refund your money . I started asking for a refund I
With in 6 hours of receiving the horrible product that is so substandard material and I’ve only been told that I have to pay to ship it back to Dubai but the pkg was shipped to me from Ontario. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor have been denied over and over don’t order from this scam of a company the company name Tluse don’t purchase anything from them it’s just crap

dress was as described. It arrived in good time and the quality was great.

I was extremely pleased with the quick shipment and the wrapping to protect the dresses ordered. The dresses were also really cute.

Dress is wonderful! Getting it took a little longer than I expected but received and I love the dress. Perfect for summer.

You better not be in a hurry. It takes forever for the stuff to be shipped and delivered!

The dresses I ordered are a thin polyester fabric. One fit, the other did not. I found a strange customer support email, and when asked how to return the dress, was offered $8 to keep it, then $16 when I declined the first offer. When I requested the return address, I was provided an international address in the UAE, even though the package was sent from CA. The customer support domain was located in Iceland. Strongly recommend against ordering from these scammers

The dresses were great but were advertised as with pockets and they are not.

Items received were exactly what I ordered. Quality was good.

Placed an order, never received an email which was not catastrophic, but now that I want to return the product, you cannot back into this company anywhere online!
I ordered three dresses. They have a really strange fit, but more importantly the fabric is not cotton it’s a weird material that reminds me on a thin fabric version of parachute pants or 90’s jog suits. It makes noise when you walk, it’s not cooling, etc.

So I did receive the order quickly, the only reason I’m giving a 2, I’m just not happy with them but I’ve had that experience at other stores. I just want to return them and cannot. So I’m out the $109 bucks I paid.

Just beware the fabric. It’s very cheaply made (in my opinion). These will go into the donation bin, tags and all.

I purchased a top and it arrived on Saturday …3 days ago. I tried contacting this company and UniUni and I got nowhere. The product was not what I expected and want to return it. I am out $29.99 for shirt and$14.95 for shipping… DO NOT BUY From this company. Scam. No return address or customer service #

Fabric is lovely has a small stretch to it, I’m a size 16AUD the red dress I ordered a L and fits perfectly, very happy 🙏

I was unaware that I wouldn’t be able to return or exchange an item because I didn’t like it and would never wear it. Buyer beware!
