Received okay but i ordered the wrong size
I need a medium for both shirts instead of Small
How do I return. And get the Medium Size

The 2 jumpsuits I received fit well and exactly as described! I love the colours of both!

It took 4 weeks to receive them so allow for that time!

I was happy with my purchases. A couple dresses are see through! Not too bad. Still very happy with the products and service.

Horrible company. Dishonest

Well I learned an expensive lesson.😟
As it said returns within 30 days.
I ordered few pairs of capris and tops.
Thinking I will choose which I like best and return rest.
Although it didn’t show on my order PayPal converted to US dollars which made it way more money.
It took month to arrive not the 1 to 2 weeks which they said on order.
The Material was not what was in ad.
Although all were same size some did not fit.
To return you must first contact only by email.
Sent 3 messages no reply.
Most of my order will be going to good will.
Warning others so no one is out their money.

My experience was great...lately I have experienced horrible experience with other Asian clothing vendors . Selling imitation printed sweatshirts as knitted sweaters..the clothes on this site are delivered as pictured and advertised and so no surprises or misrepresentations. Customer svc is responsive. No complaints and have placed another order for more shirts. I hope they will stock more good quality knitted Icelandic type sweaters soon as I was stiffed on another vendor's site.

Ordered two dresses. Arrival time was about 4 weeks. According to their sizing chart their XXL is a Canadian 20-22 size. There is No Way this is accurate. A-line flowy dresses BUT no give to fabric and bust size is at least 4 or more sizes too tight. Requested return for refund . Was offered $12 and keep dresses! Not so pleasant back and forth later final offer was US $25; OR I could return to DUBAI , ! At my own expense. This company should be banned for unscrupulous business practices

One star is gracious. Order took one month to deliver! I need to return two items, I’ve emailed them three times, no response! Beware of ordering anything from this website.

Beware of this site. You will not be able to return your items . I purchased two dresses which were a terrible fit . I sent several emails trying to get direction on how to return the dresses and get a refund . They would not let me return the dresses. DO NOT PURCHASE from TLULY

I purchased a sweater in January of this year. It is a beautiful sweater that I love. The problem is that, I’ve only wore it 3 times. It is pilling so bad that I already had to shave it. It is poor quality. The sweater cost was $45.00 or more. I won’t be purchasing any other products from this company.

Everything was as stated, size and fit were great

Clothes fit beautifully. Size chart was a big help as I would have ordered a smaller size. Good quay for price.
