I reached out via email reply regarding receiving an incorrect item on my order. I received a prompt reply and after verifying my order, the proper item was shipped out and I was allowed to keep the incorrect item. In all, the experience was excellent. It would be even if I had to ship the wrong item back.

When I gave titan fitness a call the representative told me everything to the best of their knowledge after I explained my concern on the backorder and how long i’ve been waiting . They gave me a rough ETA idea due to item being on backorder but reassured me that it will be shipped when it is in stock.

These Hooks are great. Protects the finish on the barbell. Rock Solid, Quality Build, Great Price, and Easy to Buy!!! Just another Great Buy from TITAN!!!

Outstanding Customer Service!!! I’ve had two separate occasions on which I’ve had to contact Titan’s Customer Service with respect to two different orders. Both times, the remedy offered was completely to my satisfaction. Stephanie was wonderful. Looking forward to future orders. Thank You.

Have always had a good experience dealing with Titan. Great products they stand behind paired with very competitive pricing. I noticed I had purchased with them in a few years. So I was glad to see their customer service remains top notch after this time.

Maybe it was just me. I did hear they were a good company. I ordered a plate loaded hack squat machine. It came with the center frame warped on one end and completely unusable. They were nice enough to send me a new one, but that one was warped too. I also got a messed up seat frame and the second one was messed up as well. They didn’t want the warped parts back, so when I took the original center frame and seat frame to the scrapyard and got a whole $5 for both pieces… center frame was rather heavy and large, I figured something was off about this machine. I asked for my money back because of their cheap steel and shoddy workmanship. I asked nicely several times, and got crickets. Finally after about a month of trying to get a refund, I finally filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. The next day I got my money back and they never wanted the machine returned. So I took the whole thing to the scrap yard. A $700 machinemade of steel worth $16.50! Buyer definitely beware!

Titan Fitness has outstanding customer service and good exercise equipment at reasonable prices.
I have bought many items from Titan Fitness. There is rarely a problem, but when there is, Titan Fitness does an outstanding job at making it right very quickly.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titan Fitness that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered a multi-grip barbell from them, but to my dismay, they sent me an axle barbell instead. While this initial mistake was frustrating, what truly irked me was the way they handled the situation thereafter.

When the package arrived, it was evident that the box was damaged. Fedex refused to accept it for return, and I was forced to pay out of my own pocket for a new box to ship back the incorrect product that Titan Fitness had sent me. This was already an inconvenience and an added expense that I shouldn't have had to bear.

To make matters worse, despite providing Titan Fitness with photographic evidence of the damaged box and my request for reimbursement for the repackaging cost, they declined my request. Even after I sent them the receipt for the new box, they still refused to reimburse me.

It's not about the $16 that I had to spend; it's about the principle of the matter. Titan Fitness's customer service in this situation was abysmal. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake and refused to rectify the situation in a fair and reasonable manner. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Titan Fitness to be prepared for potentially disappointing customer service if anything goes wrong with your order.

Spent a LOT of time researching racks and with my very limited space the T-3 Space Saving rack fit the bill. It is absolutely perfect for my application! It's built like a tank, welds are perfect, powder coat is perfect, hardware was perfect and on and on. For the price I can't think of a better deal out there.

Mistake on Order but made it right.
I received something that I did not order, so within one day they-Titan Fitness shipped out the correct item and made it right!

I placed a call to receive instructions for a piece of equipment I recently purchased. Lora was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, and emailed me the instructions right away. In the past, I had read comments about TITAN FITNESS not having good Customer Service??? Not sure what Titan they were talking about, but this TITAN FITNESS is 100% on point ! Lora continue “TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS” for your customers, and I will continue doing business with TITAN FITNESS.., and recommending its services to ALL !

Great gym products and even better customer service!!

The Titan website is very user-friendly. I’ve bought several pieces of gym equipment from Titan. And plan to buy more. They seem to be of good gym quality. And very reasonably priced. Although, I do wish titan would offer a military or veterans discount!

It was nice to speak with a human, something that is severely lacking in most customer service these days. My call was answered within a few seconds, no long wait listening to horrible elevator music, and my inquiry was promptly addressed. This type of attention gives me confidence to conduct future business with Titan Fitness!

Pains me to leave this review, because I think Titan fitness makes decent workout equipment for the home gym. China production, but nonetheless good quality.

I am leaving a two star review because they have abysmal customer service. BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. If you order something, and accidentally make a mistake, there is virtually no way to rectify. I ordered a large amount of equipment late night for a new home gym, and called the next morning. I waited on the phone for a combined 2.5 hours trying to get somebody on the line. I never did. In between the first call and second call is when I tried to email. I didn't get a return email before items shipped from multiple orders. Calling - I was never able to get a live person.

While the above is definitely a major issue, what really got me is their response (days later) when I tried to order taller rails for the short T2 rack (the mistake). At first, they said no. Then, after some prodding, they allowed me to disassemble the short rack and send back in the (stipulated) exact original packaging with no damage to the boxes. And the shipping cost is shouldered by me. Once this criteria was met and they received, the item, they would refund me for the short rack and they would allow me to purchase the taller version. Laughable. Maybe I am wrong, but I thought asking to purchase the taller side supports in lieu of returning the full short rack was a reasonable request.

I didn't think companies could get away with such bad service anymore, but here we are.
