The products never arrived and they refused to refund me. Abominable.

Terrible website
I've used essential oils for years. Tisserand provides consistently high quality, so I always try to buy Tisserand products.
Today I tried to make a purchase for the first time on Tisserand's official website, a purchase that would have qualified for free delivery.
For some strange reason the site wouldn't let me purchase clove oil. Instead, a membership screen appeared which couldn't be bypassed, so I abandoned clove oil.
When it came to finalising my order I was asked for my details, including my mobile number, something I disagree with because companies don't need it.
At the point of payment the site demanded that I authenticate myself using an SMS code being sent to my phone number. This was the last straw.
I resent this level of intrusion, so I will purchase from a company that treats me as a customer rather than as a criminal.
My review is 5 stars for the quality of the essential oils and 1 star for the website.
Great Customer Services
We have a Tisserand diffuser and were very happy with it, until we thought that the strength of aroma had declined. We eventually contacted them and they suggested a couple of things to try, which we did. However, they subsequently sent us another diffuser as a replacement. As a result, we are very happy with the support provided by Tisserand's customer services departent.
Ripped Off by deceptive bottle
I bought a Tisserand blending bottle for 4 euros. From the labelling it looked like it contained blending oil for a massage. There was even safety information on the back about the oil being for 'external use'.
It turns out that it was JUST A SMALL, EMPTY GLASS BOTTLE FOR 4 EUROS!
The bottle is dark brown in colour so you cannot see that the contents are empty. Absolutely deceptive and disgraceful.
Very Disappointed in 100% Sandalwood Essentail Oil
Was looking forward to receiving the 100% Sandalwood Essential Oil I bought from Tisserand.
It arrived today 20/9/2021 and what a disappointment.
The smell is not the deep woody scent I was expecting, but is of almost nothing at all.
This smells more like light olive oil with a tiny hint of wood smoke.
At £27.50 for 2ml I was expecting something decent, but instead I feel ripped off.
If you are looking for 100% Sandalwood Essential Oil, I would suggest you purchase from another supplier.
Tisserand Electric Diffuser
My husband bought me a Tisserand electric diffuser a couple of years ago. I fell in love with the product straight away and use it in our bedroom. I have become a big Tisserand fan since then and I use their organic essential oils, bath oils, shower gels, body sprays & mood mists all the time.
In December I bought a second Tisserand electric diffuser from a separate online retailer for my office but recently it stopped misting.
I was not 100% sure what to do and then I thought to get in touch with Tisserand Aromatherapy directly.
The next day I received a response from their customer service department providing me with “troubleshooting tips” but unfortunately they didn’t work.
Tiserrand were super helpful and offered to send me a replacement product as it was still covered under 2 year manufacturer warranty. I was quite relieved.
The replacement diffuser arrived today and I am so happy with the brilliant and efficient customer service I received.

Bought one pack from Amazon last year
Bought one pack from Amazon last year. Without knowing because it wasn’t clear, I seem to be subscribing monthly, a sly marketing strategy that I hate! I have canceled my order twice and been refund some of my money. Yet still, the debt my card. I have canceled again on Amazon and email directly. There is NO company information whatsoever in the monthly delivery so can’t return. Have complained by email twice this week but have not had a response. Tantamount to theft!!!!
QUALITY CONTROL!!
Used their lavender oil for some time, and always found it consistent. Spent quite a lot on a new bottle, only to have to abandon it, as it smelled kind of fermented and very unpleasant. Recent reviews around thee web have reported similar issues with the lavender, so it's not just me.
Very disappointed in the so called 'customer service' I received. I've pasted the conversation below. I wrote again after this, but received no further response. There's obviously a quality control issue here. Shan't use them again.
ME: "Dear Sir/Madam,
I've always been confident when buying your oils over the years, as I've found the quality to be high. However, my most recent purchase of lavender is definitely not as it should be. The oil has a fermented note that flaws it to the point where I have had to abandon the bottle.
May I send it to you for your comments and a replacement?"

All essential oils, being natural, will vary sometimes in their properties including their aroma. We take all quality checks, and customer opinion seriously. Tisserand oils are my go to brand for essential oils since living in the U.K. I used Young Living in the US and although it is good quality, it is very expensive. Trying Tisserand, I have found it to be similar in quality to Young Living at a fraction of the cost!! I keep my bathroom cabinet stocked with essential oils and Tisserand has its permanent place on a shelf for my skin care, stress relief, to health ailments... (peppermint oil for headaches and upset tummy, lavender for a bit of insomnia, to ginger and ylang ylang for a bit of a pick me up)
£20 for a 2ml essential oil bottle came in half empty
I've ordered a £20 2ml Rose essential oil that came in a half empty bottle and with a defective dropper so it goes to say I'm obviously extremely frustrated to only have gotten half of my money's worth especially for such an expensive essential oil. I've raised this point to customer service 9 days ago but they've been very defensive claiming it's a 5ml bottle that's why it's half full when it actually is a 2ml bottle as stated on the bottle sticker. Such a shame that these fantastic products that I've been using for over a decade don't deliver anymore.
Customer Service, there isn’t any.
If you need to contact Tisserand - don’t bother, they reply to your initial query but if you bounce your query back after noticing a huge discrepancy on the website they think it is acceptable to ignore you.
If you want bad service and to feel ignored then contact them, if you need a reply you will be waiting until the end of never.
So disappointing for a brand that sells amazing products.
Amended review
I recently bought myself a tisserand pure lavender oil and three different oil blends as gifts for friends from a Sainsbury's store. The lavender was absolutely foul. I've bought and used lavender essential oil for years and this one smelled like nothing I'd smelled before, lavender or otherwise. I emailed Tisserand who replied promptly asking for the type of oil I'd bought (organic or not) and from which store I'd purchased it. I sent this information and have heard nothing since despite sending two further brief messages asking if they had any luck finding the issue. I didn't keep the store receipt so can't return the oil. I use it mainly to make a hand lotion and since I didn't think to check the scent first I've wasted other ingredients by mixing them. I've thrown away £10 on a product which must have "gone off" and worry that the oils I gave as gifts may also have been tainted. I acknowledged in my email that the oil may have been old stock or stored incorrectly so wasn't even blaming Tisserand, I was just trying to sort out the problem and get a replacement or refund if necessary. (I didn't ask for either in my messages). I'm absolutely disgusted that Tisserand don't even have the courtesy to respond, especially when they specifically asked for certain information. This was the first time I've bought their oils and will never do so again. I've bought cheaper oils that I had no issue with. In fact this is the first "bad" oil I've ever had.
Amendment......
Possibly as a result of this review I was quickly contacted by Tisserand and was offered a replacement oil. They asked I return the original purchase and sent me a postage paid box to do so. I actually received two oils, their ethically sourced lavender and the organic lavender. This was not expected and was much appreciated. Unfortunately I found both of the oils not to be to my liking so perhaps it's just the wrong lavender for me. However the customer service I eventually received was excellent. Thank you Tisserand.

Pretty disappointing tbh
Customer service refused to send essential oil samples despite testers being unavailable in the shops, I spent hours looking for testers. Seems unreasonable to expect new customer to blind buy your fragrance products.
UPDATE - 7th October 2020
Purchased Tisserand Siberian Fir essential oil and it smells very unpleasant, similar to damp cloth. This was the reason I wanted sample, as I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this product. Case in point.

These oils are far superior to others, including Boots own, you can smell the difference and the Tea Tree is beautiful, yet other brands it's offensive. The lemongrass is utterly relaxing yet uplifting. The Lavender oil is, again, leagues ahead in perfume than others, it's just gorgeous.
Thank you Tisserand and the packing team, as well as DPD for delivering, especially during this very busy time for online shoppers. I really appreciate your hard work.
