Chloe Gratter was a delight to work with when I was needing to replace the fabric on my sofa. Although I’m disappointed that I need to pay to replace it after only three years (due to what appears to be a fabric defect and lots of fraying), Chloe did everything she could to assist me quickly and kindly. Thank you for the great customer service, Chloe.

Rachael and Chloe have been exceptional in helping me source, deliver and install for a big client. Rachael was so attentive (responding to emails outside of business hours!) and went the extra mile to contact all showrooms to find the items I was after. Fantastic Customer Service!!!
Chloe was incredibly receptive to an issue that we brought forward to her regarding wear and tear in a beloved piece of furniture. She took the time to hear out our concern, and rectified the issue within a week! I was very happy how quickly and professionally this was resolved.

We had such a great and welcoming experience with Sam at Timothy Oulton Bluebird. Sam took the time to share the story and values behind the brand and the flagship store itself, which really added to the whole experience.
Not only did he make sure we had all the information we needed, the follow-up email following our purchase was just as thoughtful, with all the details about our order clearly laid out.
