Exceptional Customer Service
I have purchased a number of unique & luxury items of furniture from Timothy Oulton over the years & their customer service has always been good. Most recently though, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Chloe, based at the Flagship store in Chelsea. Her customer service has been exceptional. She is professional, quick to respond to queries & made this latest purchasing experience seamless & stress free. No affiliation but I simply had to acknowledge the amazing customer service received from Chloe.

This is a great company
This is a great company. Right from the outset they were very professional. We dealt with a lovely person called Chloe. She made the process run very smoothly and was efficient and very prompt, courteous and gave great advice whilst discussing our orders. The furniture is extremely well made and looks so beautiful. The delivery was also easy and professional. We do not hesitate in highly recommending Timothy Oulten or Chloe to anyone who wants to purchase their products.

remediation of customer concern
I recently posted on Trust Pilot that I had an unfortunate customer service experience with TO. Chloe the manager of the London Flagship store contacted me within 12 hours of the filing of my concern and rectified the entire matter and misunderstanding. This is my second major purchase from TO and I am so excited to install our signature chandelier in our new home. Thank you Chloe for your prompt attention to this matter. I appreciate the customer experience.

Amazing products and customer service
Amazing products! I adore all of my pieces but what makes them very special is excellent customer service. If I ever have any issues or questions they can never do enough to help. Chloe from the London store has been awesome to deal with and can’t do enough to help. I just had a question about an issue I had with a new side unit and she sent me a full video to show how to solve it which I followed and solved the issue. Brilliant!

Very attentive even during busy times, and made sure he kept in constant communication about my particular needs, which was not a typical request.

Problem resolved quickly
Edit: Within 12 hours of posting the review Chloe from customer service had been in touch. The initial problem was dealt with very quickly and with far more grace than the situation required.
Everything was resolved before I’d had my first coffee of the day.

Ordered an item which states made to order with a long lead time. Not a problem so i ordered but was surprised a couple of days later by an email from a company called Andrew Martin saying my item was arriving next day.
Ordinarily thats fine but was curious so sent an email to “Anita” my point of contact re this company. Didn’t get a response so took delivery anyway.
The item arrived but is a different colour to what i ordered. T Oulton have a no return policy on “made to order” items so right off the bat there’s a problem. It was obviously in stock here in the uk ready to ship. We went back and too via email but whenever i addressed the cost of return postage it was passed over.
The item is not as described or pictured. Still new and packaged. Two days passed now with no response.
So far a terrible first time experience.
I wouldn’t recommend the company based on this purchase.
