Extremely helpful. Copied some old and in some cases, broken and mould damaged VHS tapes to a memory stick. Saved some valuable memories. I hope children and grandchildren find them interesting and enjoyable. Thank you very much, Ian.

We wanted to convert old cine films from the 1960s to digital format so that we could show it to my mother in law (and gathered family and friends) at her 90th birthday party.
Contacted and met with Ian at Timeless Moments and immediately felt at ease handing over precious tapes and ensuring that we would receive our digital formats on time for this important event.

Everything was done as requested and on time.
Excellent service throughout and delivered via the cloud for easy access. My mother in law (and the others) were all captivated by the films and now we can also share the digital files with them too for their own keepsake.

We also took advantage of the PROTEUS offering from Ian, to 'update' and 'enhance' the original footage. It brought additional benefits to a lot of the recordings and is something we would certainly recommend others to consider.

Went to Timeless Moments with two precious audio reels that have my late grandfathers voice taped on them. The 1930's 16mm films were transferred onto USB and with links to the cloud(!) to share with family members. I am delighted with the result.

Following the passing of my mother the family decided to see if it was possible to get her old cine films from the 1960's digitised. After a bit of research I decided that Timeless Moments was the company to trust with what was essentially a family heirloom.

I had not heard the voices of my parents and grandparents for over 50 years as they were locked in old and delicate reel to reel audio tapes. I had always been frightened to send them off lest they be lost or damaged beyond repair and never thought I would hear them again.
However, family circumstances and the passage of time meant that I really had to get someone to get them digitally transferred before it was too late. To this end I entrusted Ian and his team to perform this task for me.
I can say that from first contact until final delivery Ian was both helpful and sympathetic. The finished product arrived on time and the sound quality was first class - I could not have wished for better!
Needless to say these family historical documents have been shared throughout our now extended family who have been both fascinated and enthralled. This Christmas present was the best ever and a very emotional time for us all.

One of those rare occasions where you find a really good company that offers an excellent helpful service at a reasonable price.

I was searching for someone reliable to transfer our priceless family cinefilm so something more modern. After reading all the reviews I decided to use Ian, and I am so glad I did. He transferred 12 reels of cinefilm, including footage of my Mum and Dad's wedding, and video of my grandparents as well as my brother, cousins and myself as young children that we had never seen. Footage from the 70s has been converted to USB and uploaded to the cloud so I have been able to share the precious video with the wider family. What a fantastic service, with great communication throughout, and at good value for money. I cannot rate Timeless Moments more highly. My Dad and grandparents are no longer with us, but my Mum, aunt and uncle are all delighted with the memories, and the younger generation are equally delighted to be able to experience the events from 50 years ago. Great efficient service from Ian Litchfield who managed to create mp4 files from old cine-films some dating back to 1955. Additional Proteus AI upgrading of the films provided a further significant improvement in picture quality. Good value for money and will be using them again.
