So far, my experience with Timberline Financial has been very. Details of the program were explained very well and customer service has been great. Having access to the status of each settlement is really helpful and provides a nice feeling of confidence.

Misinformed or lied to????
Customer service rep was great. My problem is I was quoted a number for resolving my debt. When I requested a payoff amount it was $1000 more than what I was quoted for a total when I enrolled. The problem is I’ve been enrolled in program for 15 months already so what is actually being asked if me is to pay a total $9000 more than what I was originally quoted and what is in the contract.

Shedding Light Into the Dark Hole of Debt
I called regarding a lack of forward movement on 2 of 6 creditors that have now sent me to Collection. Patty was very knowledgeable, sympathetic and provided insight and solutions to the new round of phone calls from creditors that I thought would be moving towards resolution, but are still pre-settlement.

I've been with Timberline Financial for 5 years, I bought my first car from them now I'm on my second car. I've been paying my car every 2 weeks. I set the payment deduction on my payday and it really works for me. I don't have to worry about the car payment and worry about the due date because it already deduct on my exact payday.
