I dealt with Abi Mumford by email throughout the ordering and delivery process. Her communication at the point of order and subsequent delivery arrangements were first class.I felt like a valued customer and that I was in safe and capable hands. I ordered a Filcombe canopy for our front door and a Gittisham canopy with bespoke brackets for our rear door. Both were delivered on time and well protected and were exactly as specified. I highly recommend this company, their communication skills and the quality of their products. We are over the moon with how both canopies enhance our traditional cottage and have already received many compliments. A huge thank you to the team.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I needed an ornate bargeboard for a porch renovation. There was a good choice of designs. My order was dispatched quickly and I was kept upto date with tracking. The packaging protected the barge boards so they reached me in perfect condition. When I unpacked them and saw them for the 1st time, I couldn't wait to see them in place.
