Theuve been great however I ordered 118mm oak skirting but it was 112 I said to them the man's reply was 12cms is 118mm now I've looked at my ruler many times but can't get my head around this 118 is 18 CMS ,anyway it was good for the job I was doing.

The board we had delivered were not overly straight or good quality

It was very easy to make an order, I was told when to expect the delivery. It did indeed arrive on time and well packed, the wood is excellent quality and very good value for money.

I recently purchased the Bullnose Oak Window Board 25mm Thick - 250mm, 2000mm. The product itself is of great quality and I am happy with my choice. There was a slight issue with the product being damaged during transit, though this has been rectified.

Very happy with product but despite giving clear delivery instructions on our order they were not followed and it was only by luck that our friendly post man spotted our name on the parcel left in the porch of a block of flats exactly where the instructions said to avoid.

The product was clearly advertised, was easy to order, was delivered really quickly (next day), was well packaged and was of top quality when delivered - great service, thank you!

Fast delivery, however product let down by some of the edges being damaged and in some places the planks were split.

Really good quality and value and the company are really responsive and customer focused. Only improvement could be if you got notice of delivery so you can arrange to be at home for large items.

Exactly what I needed lovely oak windowsills and very helpful in retooling to give me the chamfer I wanted at minimal cost- the only place I could find for such a long piece of oak

They delivered when they said they would, even when I ordered more, and then due to my own mistake I needed to change some of it to different size, and because of time constraint I took it back and exchanged with no problem excellent customer service
