Visited the showroom in Nottingham , had a very large selection and displayed really well .
Delivery was prompt and hassle free .

Staff, especially "Snowy" were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They gave us time and space to look at all options but were always available and happy to answer questions. Prices seems very good when compared with other, well known, national tile suppliers. They ordered us a sample of our chosen product - all in all, a very pleasant way to shop.

Very good service. The only issue I have is that I was unable to change a delivery address only 4 hrs after placing ann order. Instead I had to call up where I was told they’d have to cancel the order and I’d have to reorder and refunds take around a week so I’m initially out of pocket. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but other than that they’ve been excellent so far.

12.8 - Ordered and paid for tiles. Delivery in two batches W/C 24.8.26 - clearly informed we would be away and that delivery would need to be from Wednesday 26.8.26 - all documented in store.

13.8 - Spoke to tiler, informed me that they needed to be from the same batch as there could be a difference. Telephoned and visited Peterborough again, spoke to Fets Assistant Manager. Asked why this was not mentioned about different batches. A large professional should have staffed fully trained in this area. He apologised, tiles re-ordered from the same batch. Again stressed we would be away and that delivery would be Wednesday 26th. Noted reassured me he would call me on the 24th to make sure all in order (NO PHONE CALL)

21.8 First day of vacation. Email received delivery date for tiles (you guessed it) 24.8. Called Peterborough spoke to Steven informed him of my disappointment. Asked for the delivery to be changed as previously discussed with the Assistance Manager. Asked him to copy in the email to me as well. No email sent. I then sent an email, received reply from Misbah Janeen informing me of changed delivery date to the 26th. Now it's time for me to relax and enjoy my holiday that I have worked so hard for all year round.

24.8. Delivery company contacts me they are outside my house and have delivered tiles. (my mental state now is in decline) I am away tiles delivered no one to check.
Contacted head office explained. Tamreeel informed me the tiles would be collected and then redelivered on Wednesday. This did not happen. no phone call no apology nothing.

Moral of this tile story, buy your tiles from local companies in your area. People that you know, care and the professional knowledge to understand your needs and requirements. Lesson learned.

A pro active approach from Rabia at Tile Mountain. Had an issues with my order and delivery. Rabia contacted my by phone, explained the situation, and told me what she will be doing to resolve the issue. 24 hours later all is good and she did exactly what she told me.

Great service great price , Great quality tile

It was a awhile ago I installed vinyl flooring. Since my last efforts using this material for a bathroom floor I would say this was the best. And Tile mountain (my first experience with this supplier) delivered on time after I chose from their extensive website the tiles for the job. Yes, duly recommend this company.

Visited Tile Mountain and with a friends support I found what I was looking for. The tall Gentleman helped me very knowledgeable and helpful. Then we were served by Robbie excellent service from him even the delivery driver was nice just a couple of niggles you now have a 25% discount I guess because it’s a Bank Holiday but it’s like ouch really ? We have to return as the kitchen and breakfast room are being done the same. Would definitely recommend lovely helpful staff and service lovely products.

Great selection and advice on grout and trims

First delivery didn't come, company didn't contact me. Second delivery 75% of products broken (with 'broken product' label packed inside packaging). Third delivery didn't come. Fourth delivery products received. Many phone calls, lots of promises to help. Absolutely useless. Dobt buy off this company.
