When Couriers let you down
Ordered a threshold for some tiling work and paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive next day which was an inconvenience. So why 4 stars? well 'stuff' happens sometimes its the couriers and not the sellers fault and in fairness they refunded all of my postage when I complained about it. So fair play to them and Lee there for sorting

Restricted and Costly Returns
I need to explain my low score. I ordered tile trim for my bathroom and unfortunately did not like it. The colour was not as I expected.
I contacted Tile Experience and I spoke to a very nice man called Jack who was happy to accept my return... here’s where it became a pain. I had to use my own courier service as they send orders direct from the supplier.
Return costs was £65 (Crazy for a 2kg parcel)..so I thought I’d drop them back myself. It’s a Min 90 minute drive each way. However they only open Mon-Fri office hours, which means it’s impossible for me to return them as I work those hours. I’m now stuck with them and feel frustrated with the wasted money spent.
So just be careful and know what to expect before ordering.
