This company continues to blow me away with their service. I get my glasses next day usually, which is ridiculously fast. Always well packaged. Such great variety of glasses to choose from. And I have purchased quite a few (eye sight changes, wanting a pair in every room etc). Will only use Tigerspecs for future orders.

Can't complain about the service ,although my frames broke with in 4 weeks of receiving them .
Plus I received spam calls from the same telephone area code who put down the phone .
So not that happy.

Oh my goodness, cannot give you enough praise! I couldn't find anything I liked in the opticians. Decided to give online a shot. Tried a couple of different places, still couldn't find any I liked. Then I came across you guys. It was easy to find reading glasses on the Web site, so I didn't have to trawl through the whole site. I could see the siae of the lenses, to make sure they weren't too deep. But best of all there were loads I liked! The pricing was great and I ended up with 8 pairs! To top it all, I placed the order at 15.30 and they arrived the next day and they're great. I could become addicted to buying more as there's loads to choose from that I really liked. Great job.

This is third purchase of Jelli specs, they are so light and comfortable and draw a lot of comments especially the multi coloured ones. Delivery is fast even though we are far north of Scotland.

I bought two pairs of spectacles recently and use them both, one at university and one at home. But I have received disappointing service: I developed a problem with one of the pair of glasses and asked via email for some technical advice about my repairing them. But I have received no response.
