Placed order on 23/02, did not arrive due to courier loosing item. Contacted supplier who were very efficient in getting replacement delivered by the next day.

The two wheelbarrows were despatched and speedily delivered by Tuffnells direct to my allotment. However the carrier did not provide a specific ETA. I had asked for a phone one hour before.
In future I would get delivery to my home.
The wheelbarrows are excellent.

Carrier let them down.
I would give company 5 starts, Helpful and prompt delivery. Unfortunately their chosen carrier let them down. Firstly did not read added notes about where to leave goods, and second decided leave goods on front step for all to see and possibly steal. Company excellent , carrier 1 star.

Placed an order on phone, went through our requirements with the staff. Explained the urgency of the order. This was ten days ago, several items were not delivered next day as expected. Given a delayed date due no stock (checked this when ordering), this second date was missed also. My staff sent emails and made calls for days without a single positive response. I call them to complain and demand answers yesterday to be told their supplier has no stock and I can cancel my order!!! Awful customer service and not even apologetic. We used to order regularly from Tiger Supplies, not anymore.
We will take our business to someone who cares. Avoid these people.

Following on from my earlier comments, having looked into this further I can see that there was a delay with the Manufacturer on your non-stock item.
Unfortunately we were not made aware until the query was raised by your colleage and so an alternative was offered to yourselves, which was not suitable I understand, and consequently you requested the order be cancelled.
