Good evening, we are very disappointed by the comments you have left, and would appreciate you changing this to a more honest review.
You placed an order with us on the 26th at 16.52 – we have no control over the order or what is placed you entered the amount which clearly showed 46 ordered this is also clearly shown when paying and checking out along with the amount being charged. You also received an email conformation as to what you ordered and paid for.
Our team had a call from yourself at 17.27 that day saying you ordered 46 bins in error as this order had already been processed and was in picking, we advised we would need to cancel off the other 45 bins and process a refund. Our team confirmed this order had been stopped and amended at 8:40 the next day and left you a voicemail, we received no response form you, so we sent an email at 11.37 to again to confirm and explain the process for your refund. The credit has been processed and as explained could take 3-5 days to show up in your account.
We are a physical business operating during normal working hours (Monday – Friday) our team stayed late to sort your mistake out and feel we reacted extremely quickly to avoid potential additional cost and inconvenience to yourself.

I am sorry that you have not had a good experience with us, looking back I can only find 4 orders from yourself with only the last one having a query logged against it, I can see that we received a query from you but without any information and a delay was caused waiting for a reply from yourself. As you can appreciate, we do also need time to investigate any issues to ensure that any problems are fixed and attempt to locate missing items with our couriers. I can see that your query has now been resolved and that replacement items have been dispatch.
