The seller is refusing to provide information regarding the shipment or to answer to our several emails. No tracking details or shipping confirmation have been sent. The goods were supposed to arrive today, November 5, with an initial promise of shipping within 2-4 working days. The order was placed and paid for on October 16. Do not order. Scam!
I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. This company is an absolute rip off. I had similar experiences to that of others who have written reviews. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they sided with the lighting company. I am so disappointed in PayPal that I plan to cancel my account. Buyer beware stay clear of this company.
Wish I’d checked them first. I bought a lamp, it didn’t come. After 3 weeks I emailed and had a very nice apology for delay and saying it would definitely arrive last week. It didn’t. Now they are ignoring emails and not answering the phone. £399 taken and nothing to show for it, now I have to pay my credit card company to get it back. Avoid these scam artists.
Stay clear of these people. I order a light on 24 November, after much chasing by me on 8th December I was promised a courier tracking order number within 24-48h. It's now 18th December and there's no light, no tracking number and no one answering phones or responding to emails. I think I'll have to revert to the credit card company to get my money back.
UPDATE 20/21/2021:
The light arrived unannounced via DPD today. The light itself is lovely, but the customer experience was really pretty dreadful. I wouldn't use this company again, but you find a light that you really like and are prepared to be kept in suspense for several weeks, than you might choose to use them.
BR AWARE OF THIS RIPPERS
Paced an order on the 10/10/2021 for to pendant ceiling light which cost me £270 and never been delivered after 16 days of waiting, call them and write them emails with no answer from their side so I had to claim on my credit card which I paid with to get the money back
