They kept me informed on postage,when I should expect to receive the item and when it hadn't arrived on that day immediately offered a refund or replacement.The replacement arrived less than 7 days later.....the original item got lost in the post.1st class service and would definitely recommend buying from them.

Was looking for a biltwell Gringo helmet on ebay when i came across these guys who had the helmet in the colour i wanted, they kept me informed from the moment the purchase was with the couriers
and it arrived at the time they specified which was pretty dam good as i live in the Channel Islands and our boat and airlines are crap at the best of times!.
Lovely helmet too, chuffed to bits with my purchase.
Will definitely be buying again from them.

Bought a Caberg helmet from them, it came on time all as described and they kept me informed of delivery throughout and offered me a worthwhile discount on my next purchase. I thought their pricing was good and will be visiting their website to check out what else they have that might be of interest.

So I packaged back up once recieving the return form sent via Royal mail and as said money repaid into my account pronto
I did buy a helmet from someone else but ordered the tinted visor via these chaps.

Fast delivery and great communication. I really felt that the satisfactory completion of my order was important to Throttle Chimp, other companies I've used left me feeling like an inconvenience or even ignored attempts to communicate with them!
The product I ordered (Richa Vapour boots, size UK 13) were competitively priced with free shipping. Arrived promptly and suitably packaged.

I ordered a open face Bell 500 custom helmet, on receipt of order the helmet was too small. On contacting ThrottleChimp they were on the ball by giving me a paid return postage label and an exchange without any fuss. The return was excepted without problem and the exchange sent out without delay. The guys we're very helpful and kept me in the loop all the way. Brilliant customer service and care and I would have no hesitation in using them again 10/10.

I brought a visor and visor pin lock like 2 days ago and today they came great services start to finish couldn’t be happier defo have to browse there site see what other goodies they got

Ordered Tcx boots from their Ebay site , straight away they messaged me to make my experience easy and reassuring. The boots came quick and well packaged. I've had Tcx boots previously and worn them out doing thousands of miles on my lambretta so know the brand are quality. Will definitely use Throttle Chimp again .

I bought 2 cheek pads for my HJC helmet that were sent incorrectly (2 pads for the right side). As I really wanted the correct pads, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, which responded immediately and even advised me on the part. We concluded that the product I had ordered had been wrong, and that the company did not have the part I wanted. They were certainly very attentive, and they saved me from losing money. In the end they gave the refund and even recommended ways to get the correct part.
