Excellent, friendly service!
The young Polish lady in Workington shop was extremely helpful without being patronising. She explained things clearly answering all my questions with patience and charm. She even did all the transfers which would have taken me a very long time.
On the occasions I have visited a 3 shop I have never been disappointed with the help I have received and that is why I have remained a customer.
Keep up the good work!

The quality of the staff was brilliant. They managed to transfer and set up my new phone easily and were aware that I had difficulties that I couldn’t do it myself.

Easy and enjoyable experience
The store wasn't busy. I was served immediately.Daisy was great. No messing, offered what we were looking for. She made it an easy experience and we walked away happy.

Gosia has helped set up my iPhone today she also set up different background colours for myself when I am typing as a am dyslexic. She has been more than patient with myself and helpful.
