Detailed information …

Exceptional customer service

I had a complicated issue with changing Sims and contacts and was looked after by a totally brilliant customer advisor called Eryca. She is fantastic at her job - really patient, kind and professional.
Also there was a nice atmosphere in the shop with all the colleagues clearly working well together in a calm and pleasant way.

Staff were so willing to please

Staff were so willing to please. Had a small hiccup which was rectified immediately.
