Once again it has been proved that a good customer service will always leave a mark on your heart and make you feel welcomed by any organisation. The service received delivered by Romina at Westfield Shepherds Bush Three centre was outstanding. The way she understood my needs and tailored the best plan for me was one of the kindest treatments I’ve received in a while in London. She is a real treasure for the team. Thank you again!
