Caitlin was really helpful
Caitlin was really helpful. Helped me to find the right phone and deal for me and explained everything. Helped to transfer everything over to new phone as i struggle with this.happy with new phone. Well done again 3. Happy customer

Able to speak to an adviser in person & in a store rather than on a telephone. The adviser was able to sort out the problem I had with my phone in a most professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to others.

Hannah was fantastic
Hannah was fantastic! She was so kind and helpful. All our problems were solved with a big smile! She even offered us drinks (water) to calm me down. I had problems with my data allowance and she rectified the issue. She was indeed, VERY PROFESSIONAL.
