It's no wonder this store got 5*…
It's no wonder this store got 5* reviews. I called in 2 get broadband contract upgraded. The service was amazing from Kris, the assistant mgr. He sorted out best deal and actually went xtra mile and put sim in router and made sure it was all bang on before I left. My broadband speed at home is 840⬇️ and 84⬆️. The other guy, who was the manager, was really good 2 deal with. This store is an example of best practice.

New phone
Came into the three store to renew my contract as my phone is very old. Spoke to the assistant manager kris who has helped me before in the past and sorted me out a great deal. He also transferred all my data over to my new phone. Great service and im very happy.

From the moment I stepped into the store I knew I was going to be in safe hands - clear answers to all my questions, excellent product knowledge, no pressure selling, just good sound advice from friendly, helpful staff.
I'd been having storage issues with my old phone, on a sim only contract. After resolving this for me instore enough to get me going again, I suggested that it might be time to get a new phone.
After a chat about what I needed, a couple of options were recommended - both of which suited my needs. I opted for a device and Airtime package. Everything was explained clearly and set up for me straight away.
Thank you 3Store Tamworth for super-efficient tech support and excellent customer service. I am delighted with my new phone!
