Kai assisted me and my wife today at the Stratford three store and he was outstanding. He is knowledgable and we able to identify the problem and resolve it within minutes. The phone offers another level of safety and security for my family as we use tracking services to maintain same. Please contact his manager t to say thank you on our behalf as humans like this are hard to find. If you have any rewards program do ensure that you consider awarding him with same.

It was a great experience

It was a great experience, usually I have visited Three store before with my friends and family and haven’t found someone this polite and helpful. But the reason I am joining Three is just because of the customer service I have got from Malakye, he was definitely way too helpful and showed the willingness in sorting things out by going beyond.
