Once again when in desperate need of help and advice Ceri came to the rescue. This lady is the reason I stay with this provider. She always goes one step beyond to help me. Please make sure that these comments are passed on to the appropriate Manager so she gets the recognition she truly deserves.

We have been with Three for 20 years…

We have been with Three for 20 years and the your store has always looked after us. The advisor Sat was very nice and helpful with showing the phones and the cost. Sat spent the time to help us transfer our pictures which was very nice. Thank you

Amazing customer service!

Popped in on the off chance for some advice and Sat was super helpful, he advised me on a problem I was having and gave me the advice needed straight away to help rectify my problem and advise further. Would highly recommend this store in StHelens

Let down

Unfortunately, after approx 25 years of being with 3 I feel let down.
I cannot fault the lady that helped me in store, however I wanted a new handset, I was quoted £170 on the Thursday, called back the day after to sort, and the phone had risen to £230 !!...I felt that was a slap in the face for my loyalty, I attempted to complain to 3 themselves, on the on line complaints form, several times , and not had any resolution at all.
I've got the phone I wanted now for £129 off amazon, exactly the same one I was asked to pay £230 for in store !!!!
After using and trusting 3 for over 20 years, I'll be leaving as soon as I possibly can, I don't know what's changed there, but it's certainly not for the better
