Excellent service from the team at the Three store. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. Rafeeah helped me today and the whole process was quick and smooth. A great experience overall

Purchased a device over phone but needed help with setting up. I was advised to go to local store, Tony at the Fargate store was amazing and got all my data transferred and all logged back in.

I had an excellent experience at Three thanks to the outstanding service I received from Akaash at the Fargate branch. Akaash was incredibly patient, understanding, and sympathetic throughout the whole process. They took the time to listen to my concerns and previous bad experience with another branch and the live chat service, then helped me return my iPhone without any stress, and guided me through upgrading to a new phone and plan that perfectly suits all my needs.

Nothing felt rushed, and they explained everything clearly, making what I thought would be another stressful experience completely straightforward. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference.

Both Rafeeah and Tony was amazing. I was greeted straightaway and they both helped me with a BIG issue I had with my phone which had tons of malware on it. both Rafeeah and Tony spent ten minutes clearing all the malware and now my phone is all back up and running. Massive Thank you to both for their service.

Akaash was fantastic, gave me a great deal on my home broadband and sim card for my phone. His customer service is second to none and he is the reason I have moved to Three. A great assert to the company!

Was having issue with my old device which Tony managed to fix but i still decided to upgrade to a new shiny phone and he got me all setup on new device with everything transferred and logged in, Tony's customer Service was out of this world and i would definately recommend to everyone i know that is looking for a new phone.

I would personally like to thank Zaf for his extreme patience when helping my 92 year old, visually impaired friend stanley of the people's socialist republic of yorkshire. Stanley complained that his ASDA simcard couldn't make calls and he would have to walk miles to sort it out. Stanley was made up when Zaf did not try to oversell him and now Zaf and I will have the opportunity to build him a VI and age-appropriate phone on google cloud. Job done. Thanks Zaf.

My mother and I went in for a Samsung phone but was overwhelmed by the prices. However Abdirahim helped us both get two new phones on contract with an even better phone model. He offered many different options to suit our needs perfectly and was very attentive. My mother also purchased a tablet with a discount thanks to Tony which she is incredibly happy with. The customer service is truly amazing.

I came to this store wanting an iPhone and somehow my credit check did not pass i have been with 3 for a couple years and never missed a bill. Zaf helped me fill out an email that then got overturned and I could collect the phone. Zaf was very good he helped me setup the phone and gave me a great deal as well as help me with any questions and issues I had. 10/10 service will recommend my family and friends to come see zaf.
