The staff member in the 3 store at crystal peaks called tom. Was excellent. His customer service made me stay with 3 mobile as I was going to leave. I left this store really happy.

The gentleman who helped me is called Ryan and he sorted my phone out quickly and efficiently and explained everything he did he was absolutely brilliant
