Fantastic experience!
Today was a fantastic experience but for some background just over 2 years ago I came in for an upgrade and I didn’t like the experience at all. I wasn’t listened to and came out with a business contract I specifically said I didn’t want. I couldn’t get logged into my account and was palmed off to call a number that I had to ring 3 times over a few weeks and it was all wrong and it was just a nightmare, frankly. I was locked out of my account for years.
Anyway, fast forward to today and I was met with Chris at the Scarborough store in the high street. What a guy and what an incredible help. I’ll be honest, because of him I’ve kept all 3 of my contracts with Three instead of moving networks. He was so helpful and so friendly that I’m gutted I wasn’t allowed to tip him personally but instead I’m doing this just to rave about how much better this experience was. He sorted out all my contracts, helped me with compiling things together on my account, sorted me out some deals and straightened everything out for me. Don’t let him leave! If Chris leaves, I leave!

I had to seek help from a a friend who kindly helped. An example being is I can't use my existing email address which explains the fictitious email on my phone
