Hello, I would like to thank you for the help of the Three of Oxford team, especially the NINO attendant, he was very helpful and helped me with the details for the exchange of a plan that fit me perfectly. I already paid for a plan but it was a kind of bad plan with few items and now I have a better plan with many more benefits so thank you very much for the service that in addition to solving my problem helped me to retain even more with the operator that I have been using for a year.
