Aaron really helped me out today, he made everything so simple and had such a good chat and a laugh amazing customer service from Aaron couldn’t commend him enough!

Great experience
Off chance I was passing the shop, popped in to get my phone sorted out. I was met by a lovely young lady called Jasmine who was very attentive and courteous and I will be asking to speak with her again when I’m in.

Jasmine was fantastic! Extremely professional, kind and very willing to help answer all of my questions (there were many) She made the whole experience a lot easier and put my mind at ease about what phone to get and how much it was going to cost me. Excellent service
Excellent service, 5 Gold stars for lauren and Amy, i ran out of data they helped me get a really good deal on the broadband for my home, they set everything up for me very happy with the service in store today 😀

Tommy helped get me an unreal deal on 2 upgrades and a new sim only deal for myself and my family. Would highly recommend using the three services especially visiting the Northumberland street store. Thank you guys

Great customer service from Aaron
I was considering an upgrade and didn't know where to start. I spoke to Aaron, who went out of his way to help me. He sat me down, discussed what I was after and made all the options available in a clear and easy to understand way. I now have a much better idea of what I want and how to proceed with the purchase, which I will be in the near future. Thank you Aaron!

The advisor, Aaron, at 3’s Northumberland Street, Newcastle’s branch gave a truly outstanding experience. He was friendly whilst remaining professional and was very efficient so that I received a first class service in a timely manner. An excellent ambassador for his company.
