Outstanding Customer Service at Three Maidenhead
I visited the Three store in Maidenhead after my local High Wycombe store closed, and I had a great experience. The store was clean, tidy and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.
The advisor who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left with both a broadband package and a SIM, and the whole process was quick and straightforward.
Overall, a much better experience than I had previously. I’d definitely recommend the Maidenhead Three store to anyone looking for great service. Thank you!

Sim only plan
I just signed up on a SIM only plan of 8 GB for one month. I’ve already used half the allowance in one week. I went to the store today to ask if I could change my plan. I was told I had to wait 90 days to do so.
The shop assistant didn’t even show me how to use low data on mobile data roaming. Very disappointed!
Would I recommend this particular Mobile network? Not so sure!

Been a 3 customer for years
Been a 3 customer for years, went to Maidenhead store to get 3 new phones for my family. Zara was sooooo helpful and got me the best possible deal for our needs. Great service!!!

My phone has not worked since I got with 3
I've had my phone for 3 months. It wont work. I cannot make calls - the line breaks, people sound like robots. The internet never works, sat-nav fails and watsapp wont sent messages. The only time my phone works is when I'm at home calling or messaging on my wifi. I have spoken to chat, twice, gone through a mountain of do this do that to my phone, tried a new sim and still, the phone only works when i'm 2 meters away from the 5g tower. I have another phone with EE and it works perfectly. Today I am going to the 3 store and will be terminating my contact asap.

Excellent customer service
Romil was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience in the Three store smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was fully sorted before I left. Excellent customer service - a real credit to the store!

Great service
I visited the Three store in Maidenhead while on holiday and needed a SIM card. The setup was quick and easy, and the advisor was really helpful. He suggested a few SIM options and, after I told him I’d be in the UK for three weeks, helped me pick the best one. Great service and very friendly staff
