Andrew provided unbelievable customer service at the three store in Livingston today. I had been encountering numerous issues with my pay as you go plan and he spoke with me regarding moving my services to a monthly contract and helped me to understand the benefits of this. Andrew then assisted me with moving from PAYG to a monthly contract, which is something that I had been considering it for some time, and im really grateful for his patience and assistance. Couldn’t be happier for all of the insightful information he provided.
Many thanks also to Kyle and Richard at the Livingston store for also assisting with the issues and providing additional support regarding my account.
10/10 for customer service and thank you to all gentlemen for being so kind and supportive. Three should feel very privileged to have them as employees!

I don't know how this company has an excellent rating of 4.6, since around 40% of all comments are negative (1 star comments), this can be checked in their rating here.
Avoid this company especially their home internet service. Absolute failure in terms of Home Internet, very weak connection. Regarding their customer support and assistance services, fairness towards users - I can give them 0 stars. Extremely incompetent and helpless staff, as well as absolutely incorrect attitude towards current clients. My contract with them expired and I stopped the direct debit, I went to their office to tell them that contract it's expired and I no longer wanted to use their services, I don't use their internet and have switched to another internet provider, the office staff told me that they could not stop the contract and I had to call support/help center to cancel it, I called them on the phone, the person on the phone told me that I had to pay this month and the next because there was a 1 month notice. The contract has expired he wants me to give him a 1 month notice. This is not right at all. He also told me that he could not give me confirmation by email that my contract would be terminated, he can only tell me over the phone, the reference number of my request. I asked him if I could pay later when the contract was terminated, because I had stopped the direct debit since the contract had expired, and he told me it was no problem. Then I got an email saying I owe £29,75 a monthly subscription because I missed a monthly payment and they said and they even filed a report on the next day to TransUnion for an unpaid bill and my credit score was even affected by 37 points because of their unpaid bill after the contract expired.
I had to go to the office again to pay the bill because access to my account was limited due to this unpaid bill, the person at the counter in the office told me that the bill is £64.50 for the previous and current month plus late fees. I told him ok and I paid it. I asked him if and when the contract would be terminated and if I would receive confirmation, and he told me that he did not know and could not do anything.
Don't trust this company, they will drive you crazy and make you pay until your world is spinning for an unused service.
