Staff at the store were incredibly knowledgeable of products and offers. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes and I left with a reduced contract and free EE roaming. Karin was great!

The customer service was fantastic
The customer service was fantastic. Easy to communicate with the 3 agent, and very friendly.
Good offer, of what was available, sorting out a new sim and broadband service.
Explained I had a cooling of period!
If I'm not happy then I can come back in to the store.
Service was really quick, with no messing around. Plus all my sim cards were activated for me.
Great service!!
