Nat and Sam have been fabulous, so helpful and supportive. They both explained everything thoroughly and saved me some money on my purchases. I would highly recommend them and feel they both deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. They definitely both should receive a pay rise for being helpful, kind and supportive of my needs. Thank you

Sam gave absolutely great service
Sam gave absolutely great service. We came in with a problem with our Home Broadband hub, he managed to fix the issue and then sorted me out with a new phone all set up as well. If you need anything in Kings Lynn this is the place to go.

I went into store today to discuss my bill and spoke to the store manager Sam and his college Nat, both were extremely professional, and went above and beyond. I have additional needs and have found today’s experience so pleasant! I will definitely be returning in store for any issues or any new purchases from three! Thank you

The staff were able to unlock my mobile from the US, and they dealt with us confidently, professionally and friendly. We especially enjoyed the discount for adding a second phone to the account.

Pedro was the man with the plan today for us. Superb knowledge of his job and extremely friendly and supportive with questions raised, unlike most who would make you feel silly for asking questions he made the whole experience an absolute delight and has ensured repeat custom for at least another 3 years with this contract. Asset to the three network!!
