Lauren helped me out massively. Came in with issues with my phone and ended up getting a great deal on a new phone. Lauren transferred all my information over which was amazing.

Mobile phone replacement
The service was excellent. I am not very knowledgable with mobile phones and the sales assitant (Declan) made it very understanable.
There was no rush and everything was explained to me clearly

Got the broadband from 3 got it home didn’t work and found out it was a outside unit as my niece got one and turned out to be brilliant hence I wanted one to but never got one and returned to the shop to find they had one in stock and she was confused why I never got this

Great experience
Lauren was really helpful today, after having been at Irvine this morning and them being unable to help. Kilmarnock store was fantastic the service they delivered and how friendly they all were was great. Thanks girls

I’m an older lady
I’m an older lady, and not too sure about phones. Sheree helped me pick a new phone which had to be sent to my home. She told me return to store when I received the phone to help me transfer between phones, which I did. Sheree was a great help cant recommend the Kilmarnock store enough.
