I personally want to thank Shahed who helped me with purchasing the new phone and contract. Tuhin who helped me understand what deals are applicable to me and Almina. Thank you for your help! :)

Tuhin was extremely helpful and friendly helping me convert my Sim to an estimated and sign up on a contract. He was also very friendly during the process and explained everything to me.

Shahed made me feel easy and very comfortable and helped me to choose the best plan as I originally went for a slower speed mobile broadband, for £2 more I was able to collect a better deal and am very pleased with the service provided.
The only issues that made me feel uneasy is the assistant manager was very rude to Shahed while I was with him on multiple occasions and this made me feel very uneasy and sad for the poor guy.
Hopefully this gets addressed soon.
