Eimaan gave me a great deal. I came in with what I wanted but she gave me something way better. I wasn't expecting what I got and I'm really happy with the service she gave me she talked me through the billing and the package and prices accurately im really satisfied with my service

The customer support was really great
The customer support was really great. RJ was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and delt with our provlems calmly and efficiently.
I travel for 2 hours just to visit this store for all my little or bug thingies. 😃

I just wanted to take a moment to recognise Monmoy from the 3 Network team for their outstanding customer service. From the moment our conversation started, Monmoy was polite, professional, and incredibly patient. They listened carefully to my issue, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best outcome.
It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers but Monmoy absolutely does. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience.
