Went back in and spoke to Peyton as I was having an issue with my phone, she managed to fix what was wrong with the phone and done it with a smile on her face and made me feel like it wasnt a stupid thing even though it was. Will be back when my upgrade is due and recomending my family to go to this store. Great customer service

Out of this world customer service
Payton & Craig at the Silverburn Glasgow shop were absolutely amazing. Despite the fact that I went into the shop at nearly the closing time, both of them offered very calm, collected and professional customer service. They appeared like staff who had just started their shifts. No rush and took their time to explain the product I purchased to me. Very well done to both of them
