Exceptional service
The metro centre store has always been my favourite and a lot of this is by the fluke chance that everytime i go to upgrade my phone is see the same staff memeber called Phil.
He has always been exceptionally helpful when ive not been entirely sure what option I want and has a no pressure sales approach which is great, its just like chatting to your friend!
