Great experience

Had a problem with my contract billing however I sat down with Peter and he helped me from start to finish and got it all sorted out. Definitely would recommend

Very helpful - saved me from pulling my remaining hair out !

Very helpful pair of guys in store. I have been having issues with my home broadband service and after nearly 2 hours and numerous tests with the help desk we were still no closer to getting back online. I then spoke to Ali at the Folkestone store who told be to bring the router and sim card into the store and he'll will take a look. I went in and he got me back up and running within minutes. I can't recommend them enough, very, very helpful

In store experience better than online

I was able to get more questions answered and make a more informed decision because I went into a store rather than sorting my upgrade online.
I was helped by James who flawlessly helped me get my S26 Ultra and a 200gb plan. James is a testement to the store and company and deserves any praise, promotion or pay rise you send his way.
