Great Customer Service
Visited the store at Feltham to get some information on packages , being a customer of three for last 14 years , Simran quickly understood my need and offered the best poosible option and updated the contract. It took a total of 15 minutes .

Junaid has been so helpful. He so patient and knowledgeable about his products and willing to help not just eager to push for a sale.He listens and answers with options for a solution.

Will was amazing
Will was amazing? He helped us massively with new iPhone upgrade to my grandpa. Lovely customer service and he has been patient with us as my grandpa is international and had to translate all bits to him. Highly recommend Will to support your upgrades or new contract decisions.

Great service
Junaid at the Feltham Three store was really helpful changing my contract and getting a cheaper price and was incredibly friendly. 10/10 service, such a nice guy

For months I've had extra charges which…
For months I've had extra charges which noone would explain to me properly but I visited the feltham branch and Junaid explained it all clearly to me and found me the best deal as i was out of contract. Highly reccomend the feltham branch.
