The service and staff here are great.
The service here is great. We changed our broadband over to Three and our SIM cards. Saving us £40 a month. Great value for money. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We spoke to Ahyan. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what it was that we needed.

Brilliant customer service
Fran was excellent. She helped me upgrade my phone and found the best deal for me. She even changed my account name from my Dad’s to mine which has always been a bit of a struggle.

Replaced my old iPhone SE with a new iPhone 17 E which I bought outright at a competitive price in their Farnborough store
I was dealt with quickly by a very polite and helpful young man who helped me transfer everything across to the new phone
The whole process was very simple and without the usual stress involved in such matters. The new phone is now working very well indeed with very little fine-tuning left for me to do myself.
A very good experience indeed

Excellent service
Having had numerous calls from Three regarding my upcoming end of contract I chose to go to the Farnborough store to sort this out. James was extremely helpful and sorted a new contract and phone for me with no fuss. I would recommend the in store experience every time.
