Tsolaye today was very helpful and sorted my problem with U switch migration to Three. He also helped with transfer of PAC code and old number transfer.

Monika at 3 Store was extremely helpful today. She went an excursion mile to explain the process and ideas to upgrade to a new iPhone 17 pro max.

Helpful & Knowledgable
The moment I walked in the store and greeted the manager with my problem, he instantly put me on to agent Mahdi. He instantly assessed my account and helped give me clarity with my phone issue. I am slightly older than most customers and Mahdi helped me understand the technology and contract benefits I was under-using!
