Upgraded my phone and contract in shop woth I think it was sonny and hamid(could be wrong I ment to write this yesterday) but the boys couldn't have been more helpful! I wasn't sure if I wanted to get a new one even tho I needed one as been looking online and the prices just weren't great! But the boys sorted me out massively they got me a great deal and none of the interaction felt salesy, forced or pushed- they were informative and honest and got me right there with an amazing deal- they whole interaction was smooth from start to finish! If there's a bonus going they deserve it massively as anytime iv went into see too about a phone in previous shops ots felt very take this buy this do it now! Amazing customer service and great people skills! Big up the boys in three gyle x

Went to the edinburgh the gyle branch and got both of my account upgraded by Gurmeet the store manager he was very helpful and polite showed me all my options for me and my family. I will definitely come back again.

Sunny was very professional respectful…
Sunny was very professional respectful and really knew his stuff. He thought outside the box and went out of his way to be really helpful. He figured out my phone was the issue about why my phone was not working and not the 3 sim or coverage. He tried multiple ways to resolve the problem and that's how he figured it out. With patience and perseverance. He is an asset to 3. Please give him a promotion or raise his wages as he really deserves it. I went to EE before I cam into the 3 shop and the representative there was not polite or very helpful.
Sunny was very helpful. I would rate him 11 out of 10.

Brilliant from Hamid at the Gyle, my previous phone was having issues, he tried everything but nothing would work until he suggested I changed phones, he helped me throughout the whole process making sure I’m consenting to everything taking place and now I have a new phone whilst the other one has been paid off. I had such a great experience thanks to Sunny, the assistant manager. From the moment I came in, he was welcoming, friendly and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. His customer service was exceptional and he went above and beyond to make us feel looked after.
It’s so refreshing to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and leads by example. Sunny is a real credit to the team and made an already great visit even better. Thank you again, I’ll definitely be back!
