Store manager Gurdas was excellent! Came in to upgrade phone was out of stock in Edinburgh but made sure he got one delivered to store for me and give me and my daughter a great deal! 10/10

I can't recall the customer service rep's name but he was outstandingly nice and helpful and made everything seem very easy.

Excellent service getting a line..
Excellent service at Edinburgh Princess Street branch getting an e-card for my son, and 2 lines for me and my wife. Great staff with excellent knowledge, all went quick and smooth, very polite and friendly.
