Ashley in the Edgware store was an absolute star employee.Professional & patient dealing with 3 separate issues with my account.He met my access needs & took over the calls when i requested help .I’m a multiply disabled wheelchair user with neurological conditions, deafness & am neurodivergent.Nothing was too much trouble for Ashley & I left the store very relieved to have had everything resolved & explained in a way I could understand.
