Great experience!! As i was struggling for Home wifi Sana and Babs store manager go out of the box upgrade my devicd and update my sim plane. Highly recommended to visit Ealing store.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to give a big shout out to Polly who works at the Ealing Broadway Centre branch. She was extremely communicative, efficient, knowledgeable and patient in resolving some issues I was having with my account following a stolen phone incident. Thank you so much, Polly. If only all customer service was this good.
