I came in to Dalston jus to query a few things on my account, Nayeem and Oumar were so helpful and so informative i ended up upgrading to a new phone. They took over an hour to help me transfer my data from old phone to the new one and im very grateful.
The whole team is amazing, bubbly and a good experience.

I came into the Dalston store for a transfer and Rana helped me, I am an elderly man so it's nice we get looked after by Three and the Dalston staff.

I am a 79 year old customer who has been with Three for 19 years, i had a small issue with my phone and went to Vodafone in Narrow Way Hackney, I asked a young man to help me as i am with three and he refused to help me and said you have to go to a three shop and didnt even look to see or ask what the problem was, i came to three and Rana helped me figure out in less than 2 minutes the issue was network change to 5G that i need to switch no. Thank you Rana

My experience was very smooth, my queries were sorted out very quickly & any information I requested was provided efficiently by Jonathan at the Dalston branch.

I recently went to the shop as I came back from travel and my phone was not working, spoke with Jonathan and he found out the reason and fixed it very quickly, he was very helpful

I came into store to find support on how to use my phone. Jonathan was very friendly and approachable and helped me clear viruses on my phone and set some of the phones settings to make it easier to use. It was a very helpful interaction. I will definitely be coming again for help.

I am an elderly man with accessibility needs, both my hands are restricted, I always stress about visiting stores, as you never know how things will go, I have 5 contracts that was expired since 2021 to 2023 and didn't have anyone to assist me to cancel them, I went into the Dalston store and met Rana who helped me one year ago to get a phone, upon explaining to him i have some contracts he insisted helping me call customer services, we spent over an hour to cancel all old contracts and even helping me get a new phone, I'm grateful people like him exist and a company like Three hires people like him, thank you Rana.
