I had a complex and difficult issue related to me account which has taken a month to rectify. Very friendly and helpful staff
Dan was so helpful. He was very informative and listened to what I wanted, and although he advised that were other options available to me, he wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want or need. Was a pleasure to deal with Dan. Thank you 😊
